I often see people whose LinkedIn profiles aren’t “ready yet” trying to get started with LinkedIn, and it’s a bit painful to watch. Their profile pictures are either missing or inappropriate. Bios are incomplete. It’s clear to those they connect with that they haven’t really considered how to present themselves on LinkedIn yet.
